Your Best Self – First and foremost, we believe the key to a successful and fulfilled life comes from being the person you are meant to be. We always direct our clients to think and act in ways that align them with their best selves.

Internal Success, then External Success – Sure, it’s possible to have lots of business and make more money without looking inside. However, external success is an empty experience without stepping up to a life of total honesty, integrity, real communication, responsibility, and all the other things that make us decent human beings.

Client Commitment and Follow-through – Our clients are those with huge dreams and the drive and passion to make them happen. In every aspect of the coaching relationship, we demand nothing less than total commitment and follow-through from our clients in service of those dreams.

Creative and Resourceful – We understand our clients as dynamic bundles of pure potential, looking to be released. Creativity and resourcefulness are essential for finding and taking the necessary actions for a fulfilling life.

Individual Design – Although cliché, it’s true that our clients are totally unique. What works for one doesn’t necessarily work for another. That’s why we tailor the way we work to each client’s needs and wants. During the coaching process, we spend a good amount of time designing our working relationship.

Confidentiality – Everything that is said in the context of the coaching relationships stays there. We will never reveal anything you say or do without your permission.

A Typical Coaching Call –

While there is no formula and every meeting is different, coaching usually has the following components:

Clarifying where the client is now, and what he or she wants next.

Discovering the deeper value of what the client wants. For example, making $1,000,000 isn’t about the money: it’s about what freedoms the money will bring.

Identifying and remove any barriers. Usually these show up as fears, insecurities, or excuses; rarely are they true.

We specify some action steps that will bring the client what he or she wants.

The coach challenges the client or asks for total commitment to those actions steps.

The client takes action between calls and reports back, with the coach holding the client accountable.

And the best part: we celebrate the client’s victories.
